The following list of questions is designed to help us better understand your new home needs.  The questions may not all apply to you, but we would appreciate if you could spend some time considering these issues and answering these questions.  After you have done so, we would like to review it with you.  We spend a substantial amount of time preparing an estimate and proposal for a new home, and want our efforts to be productive.  Thank you.
