Groninger Homes is Going Green!  Please help us in our efforts to convert to a paperless office. 

Notice: We are closing our PO Box!
In an effort to save money, time and gas, we are planning to cancel our PO Box. Please use our physical address for printed material. We encourage you to send all correspondence electronically by eMail or Fax. Most of the paper we receive ends up in the recycle bin. An electronic version is easier to save and reference at another time.

Electronic Documents
Electronic Documents reduce waste, save space and are easy to find. We are converting to a paperless office. Paper is wasteful and it requires space to be stored. When we save electronic documents that we've scanned or received by eMail or Fax they can be filed in a computer folder and easily searched and found. We prefer a website address to a printed brochure or a fax instead of a paper invoice.

Speedy Payment
When you Fax or eMail an invoice to us, we can process it for payment more quickly. Conventional mail takes longer and then we still have to manage all the paper waste. You have our promise that invoices we receive electronically will be paid sooner than their paper counterparts.

Further Greening...
We look forward to making payments to our vendors electronically. As more businesses adopt paperless processes, we hope to lead the way with online payments. Some day soon, instead of receiving a check in the mail, you will receive an eMail notifying you that funds for payment have been deposited into your checking account - Pretty Cool!
