Permit Submittal

In addition to the working drawings, there is a substantial list of additional information that has to be submitted to the building department in order to receive a permit.  Legally we can't pull a permit for you under our license unless we have an agreement to provide construction services for you.  However we can help you pull the permit yourself if you are thinking of building the home yourself.
