Project Planning
Similar to how a coach motivates his players and develops a game plan, you may need someone to coordinate your team and help develop a plan that starts well before, and extends beyond the construction process. This is a common role of the Construction Manager in many commercial construction projects and is becoming more common with custom residential projects.

Your team may include an architect, an architectural detailer, a landscape architect, an interior designer, a builder, a Realtor, a lender, a green certifying agent or consultant, an electronic systems designer and a lighting designer. Additional consultants for energy management and HVAC design may also be beneficial. We also have experience working with Environmental Health and Feng Shui advisors.

We provide each of our customers their own secure website portal for managing project information and coordinating all of the team members. The collaborative site can be viewed from anywhere and can be custom-tailored to allow the right type of secure access as required by the relationships on or off the project team.

We might assume more than one role on the team or take responsibility for wearing all of the hats. You may choose to hire us for only our role as the Builder or perhaps you need us as the coach or Project Planner. The scope of your project will likely dictate which players you need. Please let us know if you need more information.
